Ways to Bank with SDFCU

Here is an overview of all the ways you can manage your accounts and finances with SDFCU. Choose the option that works best for your needs.

SDFCU App – Use the SDFCU App on your mobile device. In the mobile app you can manage your account, make payments, find locations/ATMs, use Zelle®, turn your card on or off, deposit a check, and much more.

Online Banking – Inside Online Banking you can check your accounts, set up automatic payments, check your credit score, set up account alerts for a low balance or large payment.
With online banking you can also turn your debit card off if you lost it, redeem card rewards, order foreign currency, apply for a loan and much more.

A-T-M Icon

ATMs – All our branch locations have ATMs. In addition, as a member of SDFCU, you have access to the CO-OP Network. The CO-OP Network contains over 5,000 shared branch locations and over 29,000 free ATMs. Find the location nearest you by using our locator search. You can also find a location on the go using the mobile app.

 

ITM icon

ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) - Speak with a service representative virtually 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET through the machine plus do everything you typically do at an ATM. Locations in Alexandria, Charleston FLETC, Clarendon, Foreign Service Institute (FSI), and Rosslyn.

Virtual Meeting - Meet a member service representative by video from your current location. Service available Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ET.
Join the virtual lobby service queue.

Visit a branch location open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
or make a branch appointment in advance.
