SavvyMoney (available in Online Banking and the Mobile App) launched a new interactive credit score simulator tool, new credit score analyses, and additional graphs and insights on your spending patterns.
New Interactive Teller Machines
We started rolling out our first Interactive Teller Machines at select branches (now, at our Alexandria, Clarendon, FLETC Charleston, FSI, and Rosslyn locations). Interactive Teller Machines complement traditional ATM technology by adding a video terminal. This allows our members to speak virtually with a service representative Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm ET.
What’s not to like? Less waiting, extended hours, and access to nearly all in-bank teller services at your convenience.
