1. Custom Offers
We introduced a new, “My Offers” section inside Online Banking and our Mobile App. My Offers features loan and credit card products with rates personalized to you along with a streamlined application. Log in to your SDFCU account to view offers.
2. Flexpoints Rewards Program Revamp
The Platinum Rewards Credit Card rewards program got an upgrade in 2022. The Flexpoints program enhancements feature an updated rewards site design, it has been added to our Mobile App, and there are more options available for cardholders to use their points.. Learn more about Flexpoints Rewards.
3. Easy Card Management
Add greater card protection with our easy digital card management tool. You can turn your credit and debit cards on and off, establish spending limits, set transaction alerts, and submit advance travel notices. Set up your card controls through Online Banking or inside our Mobile App.
4. Virtual Branch Appointments
Our virtual appointment service brings the branch to you. For your convenience, a member service representative is available to meet by video Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET. Make an appointment and join the virtual queue.
5. More Financial Literacy Resources
We have expanded our online Learning Hub content to include more articles and videos to help build your money management know-how. We also added new webinar topics, such as, Navigating Student Loan Debt Relief, The Basics of Saving and Investing, Solving the Mystery of Credit Reports, and more.
